Crisis Management Services

In the event of a sudden or unusual traumatic occurrence — such as a death, injury, layoff or other work-related development — DOR can provide debriefing and counseling services to employees and their dependents in the workplace.

We can:

• Facilitate debriefing with those affected.
• Educate on the stages of trauma reaction or crisis resolution.
• Present resources and referral information.
• Review and plan steps related to the critical incident.
• Provide one-on-one support to those who continue to experience disruption.
  

Crisis Management Services are available on a fee-for-service or contractual basis.
