• Confidential, Face-to-Face Counseling. The majority of EAPs rely on telephone counseling only. We find in-person assessments are more
  accurate — and in-person counseling more effective. We pair this face-to-face service with a responsive team of counselors available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Superior Management Coaching. DOR offers unlimited coaching for managers on how to address specific employee performance problems. We’ve developed a highly successful protocol for giving supervisors and managers individualized, unlimited consultation and support.
